The Process
We understand the importance of knowing that the financing is in place before you start making offers.
That is why most of our borrowers are repeat clients that can count on us to document and fund their deals quickly. Here is the loan process:
Step 1.
Tell us what you want to accomplish and complete the short application either over the phone or click on the “Get a Quote” button on this page.
- Purchase a property to rehab and flip?
- Purchase a property to rehab and turn into a rental?
- Pull cash-out of an investment property you already own?
- Restructure the debt you already have on an investment property?
Step 2.
We will do a preliminary review of the property, your plan, and your financial situation. If your loan request is within our guidelines, we will customize a loan program that will meet your situation and will issue you a “Letter of Interest” that will spell out the exact terms of the loan.
Step 3.
We will set a time to meet with you to answer any questions, collect any needed documents, and to sign the application documents.
Step 4.
We will appraise the property, underwrite for final approval, and send all final loan documents to escrow for signing and closing.
